Cottage Cheese Pancakes
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (whole wheat)|
|Cottage cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Place all ingredients in blender in order listed.
Whirl just until smooth.
Bake batter, using 1/4 cup for each pancake, on preheated, lightly oiled griddle or in heavy skillet.
Turn once to brown both sides.
Serve with favorite sauce.
