Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Sifted unbleached flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (White Flour)
  Soy flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Brown rice flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non-fat dry milk powder 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 4
  Safflower oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Approximately)
  Butter/Maple syrup / honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Sift together twice the whole wheat flour, unbleached white flour, soy flour, rice flour, peanut flour, dry milk, baking powder, and salt.
2. Blend the eggs, oil, and 2 cups water in an electric blender, or beat well. Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients until the mixture is of heavy cream consistency, adding extra water as necessary.
3. Ladle onto a hot, oiled griddle and cook until browned. Turn and brown the second side.
