Easy Wheat Pancakes
|Milk/Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil/Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Maple syrup/Honey||To Taste|
1. In bowl, mix the milk, egg, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and oil together. Bake by ladlesful on a hot, oiled griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of the pancakes. Brown the second side.
