Whole Wheat Pancakes
|Ungrounded whole wheat||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Non-fat dry milk powder||1 1⁄8 Cup (18 tbs)|
|Corn oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Honey/Maple syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Wash the whole wheat thoroughly. Put the wheat and water in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth.
2. In a bowl, combine the dry milk, eggs, salt, sugar, corn oil, and baking powder. Mix well. Pour in the blended wheat mixture and stir to blend.
3. Bake on a preheated, lightly oiled griddle.
