Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
  Ungrounded whole wheat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Non-fat dry milk powder 1 1⁄8 Cup (18 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Corn oil 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Honey/Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Wash the whole wheat thoroughly. Put the wheat and water in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Blend or process until smooth.
2. In a bowl, combine the dry milk, eggs, salt, sugar, corn oil, and baking powder. Mix well. Pour in the blended wheat mixture and stir to blend.
3. Bake on a preheated, lightly oiled griddle.
