|Onion||1 Small, quartered|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon (30 ml)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (5 ml)|
|Baking powder||1 Milliliter (1/4 teaspoon)|
|Potato cubes||3 Cup (48 tbs) (raw, 750 ml)|
Put eggs, onion, flour, salt, baking powder, and 1/2 cup (125 ml) potato cubes into blender container.
Cover and process at GRATE until smooth.
Add remaining potatoes, cover, and process 2 cycles at GRIND.
Pour onto well-greased hot griddle; over medium heat cook, browning both sides.
Drain on absorbent paper, if necessary.
