Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Onion 1 Small, quartered
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon (30 ml)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Baking powder 1 Milliliter (1/4 teaspoon)
  Potato cubes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (raw, 750 ml)
Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put eggs, onion, flour, salt, baking powder, and 1/2 cup (125 ml) potato cubes into blender container.
Cover and process at GRATE until smooth.
Add remaining potatoes, cover, and process 2 cycles at GRIND.
Pour onto well-greased hot griddle; over medium heat cook, browning both sides.
Drain on absorbent paper, if necessary.
