Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Lukewarm)
  Blackstrap molasses/Unsulphured molasses 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non fat dry milk powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm skim milk. Add the molasses, eggs, and corn oil.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Ladle onto a hot, oiled griddle and cook until bubbles form; turn and brown the second side.
