Cottage Cheese Pancakes
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and eggs; beat until smooth.
Add dry ingredients; mix until well blended.
Heat griddle according to manufacturer's directions.
Drop batter onto hot griddle (1/4 cup batter per pancake makes 14 four-inch pancakes; 2 tablespoons batter makes 28 three-inch pancakes).
Cook until bubbles appear around edge; turn and brown on second side.
