Turkey Potato Pancakes

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Peeled potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded
  Chopped cooked turkey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onion with top 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl, beat the eggs.
Add potatoes, turkey, onions, flour and salt; mix well.
Heat about 1/4 in.of oil in a large skillet.
Pour batter by 1/3 cup-fuls into hot oil.
Fry 5-6 minutes on each side or until potatoes are tender and pancakes are golden brown.
