Gluten-Free Potato Pancakes
|Potato flakes||480 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Gluten free pancake mix||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Water||590 Milliliter (2 1/2 Cups)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Onion||1 Small, diced|
|Onion powder/Garlic powder / lemon pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
Mix first 2 ingredients.
Stir in water and onion.
Stir in egg.
For spicier cakes add to dry mixture onion or garlic powder or lemon pepper.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Let stand 1-2 minutes.
Bake on well oiled, preheated griddle until golden brown.
