Pancakes

I grew up eating these Pancakes. My kids love even watching me cook these pancakes. And yes, they taste awesome.
Ingredients
  Whole wheat pastry flour 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Unbleached white flour 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Original rice dream 270 Milliliter (18 Tablespoon)
  Canola oil 30 Milliliter (30 Milliliter)
  Egg replacer powder 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (8 Milliliter)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
Directions

Gently mix all ingredients.
Let batter stand for 2 minutes.
Mix in 2 tbs more of Rice Dream.
Lightly oil pan or griddle; heat over medium-high heat.
Use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
Enjoy with your favorite pancake toppings.
