|Whole wheat flour||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Non-alum baking powder||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
|Cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Honey||15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)|
|Apple||1 Medium, grated|
|Egg/Egg replacer||1 , beaten|
|Pure vanilla||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Sour cream||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Buttermilk/Water||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
Cook on preheated griddle 350°F (180°C) for 3-5 minutes, turning only once.
