  Whole wheat flour 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Non-alum baking powder 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Honey 15 Milliliter (15 Milliliter)
  Apple 1 Medium, grated
  Egg/Egg replacer 1 , beaten
  Pure vanilla 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Sour cream 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Buttermilk/Water 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)

In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; add to dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
Cook on preheated griddle 350°F (180°C) for 3-5 minutes, turning only once.
