Ham & Fruit Pancake Rolls is an amazingly easy to prepare recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. The delicious Ham & Fruit Pancake Rolls will get you a lots of compliments for your creativity.
  Pancake mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Complete)
  Lower salt ham 8 Ounce, thinly sliced (Armour)
  Fruit flavored applesauce/Canned lite cherry fruit filling 8 Tablespoon (Bottled)

Prepare pancake mix according to package directions.
Spray griddle or large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Using 1/3 cup measure, pour batter onto hot griddle.
Cook as directed on package, making eight 5-inch pancakes.
Place 1 ounce of ham on each cooked pancake; top with 1 tablespoon applesauce.
Roll up pancake around ham; secure with toothpicks, if needed.
Repeat with remaining pancakes
