Ham & Fruit Pancake Rolls
|Pancake mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Complete)|
|Lower salt ham||8 Ounce, thinly sliced (Armour)|
|Fruit flavored applesauce/Canned lite cherry fruit filling||8 Tablespoon (Bottled)|
Prepare pancake mix according to package directions.
Spray griddle or large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Using 1/3 cup measure, pour batter onto hot griddle.
Cook as directed on package, making eight 5-inch pancakes.
Place 1 ounce of ham on each cooked pancake; top with 1 tablespoon applesauce.
Roll up pancake around ham; secure with toothpicks, if needed.
Repeat with remaining pancakes
