Culture cake is a nutritional cake. They are a part of the Chef Tawnya Rush's travel dream to Africa and feed the hungry there. This cake is really healthy with proteins and low fat ingredients. Culture cake is a good recipe for a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
  Low fat milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (Or Non Fat)
  Egg whites 4
  Oatmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Uncooked oatmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Wheat pancake mix 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Fresh raspberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raspberry jelly 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Blend milk and eggs along with oatmeal.
2. Add wheat pancake mix, raspberries and raspberry jelly.
3. Heat oil in a pan and pour pancake batter over it.
4. Flip side when bubbles appears.
5. Fry until golden brown.
6. Serve it with raspberry jam and fresh fruits.
