Potato Onion Pancakes

Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Grated raw potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bacon drippings/Cooking oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour milk over bread crumbs; allow to soak until milk is absorbed.
Stir in egg, onion, potatoes, and salt.
Heat bacon drippings on griddle or in frying pan; drop batter from a tablespoon onto griddle and press out rather thin.
Cook slowly until well browned.
Turn and brown other side
