Spinach Pancakes is a side dish recipe. Spinach Pancakes gets its taste from spinach with white sauce. Spinach Pancakes is liked by many across the world.
  Flour 4 Ounce
  Eggs 2 Small
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Seasoning To Taste
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Cooked and well drained spinach 1 Pound
  Butter 1 Ounce
  White sauce 1⁄2 Pint
  Grated cheese/4 ounce chopped ham 3 Ounce

Sieve or chop the spinach and reheat with the butter.
Mix the flour, eggs, milk and seasoning together.
Pour a little of this batter in hot fat in the pan and cook for several minutes until crisp and brown.
Turn or toss and cook on the other side.
Fill each pancake with some of the spinach.
Keep hot on a dish over a pan of water.
When all the pancakes are cooked, add cheese or ham to the white sauce and pour it over the top.
