  Light cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crepes 6 (Made From Basic Recipe)
  Grated lemon rind 1 (Stirred Into The Batter)
Directions

1. Cream the butter, add the sugar and salt and cream well.
2. Add the kirsch, lemon rind and enough cream to make a fluffy mixture.
