Pancake Batter is composed of eggs and milk. Pancake Batter is used by many bakeries across the world for making delicious pancakes.
  Flour 4 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
  Milk/Milk and water 1⁄2 Pint
  Flour 4 Ounce (For Rich Batter)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk/Milk and water 1 Pint (Just Under 1/2 Pint)

Sieve flour and salt, add egg or eggs and enough milk to give sticky consistency.
Beat well then gradually add rest of liquid.
Add oil last if using this.
