Pancake Batter is composed of eggs and milk. Pancake Batter is used by many bakeries across the world for making delicious pancakes.
|Milk/Milk and water||1⁄2 Pint|
|Flour||4 Ounce (For Rich Batter)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk/Milk and water||1 Pint (Just Under 1/2 Pint)|
Sieve flour and salt, add egg or eggs and enough milk to give sticky consistency.
Beat well then gradually add rest of liquid.
Add oil last if using this.
