Petite Potato Pancakes With Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Potato 3 Ounce, scrubbed clean and grated (1 Potato)
  Egg 1
  Bread slice 1 , cut up
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Teaspoon, reconstituted in 1 tablespoon water
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine potato, egg, bread, onion flakes, salt, pepper; mix well, drop by tablespoonfuls onto a non-stick griddle or preheated heavy pan.
Brown on both sides.
Sprinkle cottage cheese with dill and use as spread for pancakes, or whip in blender with water.
