Petite Potato Pancakes With Cheese Dressing
|Potato||3 Ounce, scrubbed clean and grated (1 Potato)|
|Bread slice||1 , cut up|
|Dehydrated onion flakes||1 Teaspoon, reconstituted in 1 tablespoon water|
|Cottage cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced dill||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine potato, egg, bread, onion flakes, salt, pepper; mix well, drop by tablespoonfuls onto a non-stick griddle or preheated heavy pan.
Brown on both sides.
Sprinkle cottage cheese with dill and use as spread for pancakes, or whip in blender with water.
