|Shelled walnuts||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cottage cheese||4 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Apricot jam||5 Ounce|
|Lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
Grind walnuts, and grate chocolate.
Put cottage cheese through sieve and mix with the beaten egg and then flavour with lemon peel and a little sugar.
Grease a tin with butter and put in first pancake; spread it with grated walnuts and sugar.
Continue putting on pancake layers, spreading alternately with chocolate, apricot jam, raisins and cottage cheese mixture until all the different fillings and all the pancakes are used up.
There should be a pancake on top.
Put into oven for a short time and then spread with beaten egg whites sprinkled with sugar.
Put back into oven and after a short period of baking, when the meringue has set, take out and dredge with vanilla sugar.
Cut like a cake for serving.
