Deviled Oysters

Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Pint
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk/Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 425F degrees
2.Also drain the oysters and then chop them slightly
3.Drain the oysters once again

MAKING
4.In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and blend in flour
5.Now add milk and cook until thickened, make sure to keep stirring constantly
6.Beat egg yolks slightly and add to sauce, keep mixing properly
7.Add oyster liquor, parsley, lemon juice and oysters
8.Season with salt and pepper
9.Place in greased ramekins or scallop shells
10.Melt remaining butter and mix with crumbs
11.Sprinkle over creamed mixture
12.Brown in hot oven for 7 minutes

SERVING
13.Serve with a sauce of your choice, salads, or garlic bread
