Oyster Saute

Ingredients
  Oysters 24 , shelled
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced
  Dry white wine 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain oysters on paper toweling to absorb excess moisture.
Set aside.
Place butter, onions, pepper and mushrooms in a 1 1/2qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in oysters and wine.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds [ROASTS, 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 30 seconds] or until oysters are cooked.
Stir once during cooking.
