Microwave Scalloped Oysters

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shucked oysters 1 Pint, drained (Fresh)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cracker crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Ritz)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place butter, onion, celery, parsley, salt, lemon juice, pepper and garlic powder in a 1 1/2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Drain oysters on paper toweling and stir into vegetable mixture.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in milk and 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs.
Mix together remaining 1/2 cup crumbs with cheese and sprinkle over top.
Microwave, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes [ROASTS, 7 to 9 minutes].
Give dish a 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.
