|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Clams/Oysters||12 , cleaned (1 Dozen)|
Place water and lemon juice in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until water comes to a boil.
Add 6 clams or oysters.
Cover and microwave 3 to 5 minutes or until shells open.
Repeat with remaining 6 clams or oysters.
