Corn Oysters

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Corn kernels 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut from cob
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Egg whites 2 , beaten to stiff (Not Dry Peaks)
  Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Shallow Frying Heated To 365 F)
Directions

Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, monoso-dium glutamate, salt, and paprika together into a bowl.
Stir in dill weed and a mixture of the corn, milk, and beaten egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop by the teaspoonful into hot fat.
Fry un crowded until golden on both sides, turning once.
Lift out of fat with slotted spoon and drain on absorbent paper-lined baking sheet.
