|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon|
|Dill weed||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Corn kernels||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut from cob|
|Egg yolks||2 , beaten|
|Egg whites||2 , beaten to stiff (Not Dry Peaks)|
|Fat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Shallow Frying Heated To 365 F)|
Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, monoso-dium glutamate, salt, and paprika together into a bowl.
Stir in dill weed and a mixture of the corn, milk, and beaten egg yolks.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop by the teaspoonful into hot fat.
Fry un crowded until golden on both sides, turning once.
Lift out of fat with slotted spoon and drain on absorbent paper-lined baking sheet.
