Oyster Won Tons
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Green onions||3 , finely chopped|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained and finely chopped|
|Fresh spinach||1 , cleaned and chopped (About 1 Head)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (About 2/3 Stick)|
|Raw oysters||24 , shucked and halved|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Saute the garlic, green onions, water chestnuts and spinach with the pepper and lemon juice in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
Place a small amount of the spinach mixture on each won ton wrapper and top with oyster half.
Wrap up won ton as directed on the package.
Deep-fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce or another sauce of your choice.
