Oyster Won Tons

Ingredients
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Green onions 3 , finely chopped
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and finely chopped
  Fresh spinach 1 , cleaned and chopped (About 1 Head)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (About 2/3 Stick)
  Wonton wrappers 48
  Raw oysters 24 , shucked and halved
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

Saute the garlic, green onions, water chestnuts and spinach with the pepper and lemon juice in the butter for 3 to 5 minutes.
Place a small amount of the spinach mixture on each won ton wrapper and top with oyster half.
Wrap up won ton as directed on the package.
Deep-fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce or another sauce of your choice.
