Crispy Fried Oysters

Fried oysters is a very easy dish to make at home. It is very simple method to make the fried oysters. Chef Laurence shows it for you. Make it for the snack time or serve it as a appetizer and enjoy.
Ingredients
  Boiled oysters 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), dredge (Flour, Cornmeal, Cornstarch, Salt And Pepper Mixture)
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

1. Drop the oysters into buttermilk and then into the dredge.
2. Heat oil and fry the oysters until golden brown.
3. Drain excess oil and sprinkle some salt and lemon juice
4. Serve.
