Grilled Oysters On The Half Shell go very well with Chimney Rock Elevage Blanc wine. The name reminds of French wine. This wines comes from Napa valley, California. It is a medium body wine. It smells like grapefruit, apple, honeydew, lemon and tastes great. When paired with grilled oysters it tastes very nice. As oysters taste best when opened up, wine also tastes well after 20 or 30 minutes of opening.

  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Melt some butter.
2. Place the oysters on the grill.
3. When the oysters are poached, the oysters will open a bit.
4. The oysters are done. Open them with a knife and serve on a plate.
