Oysters On Shell

|Oysters||1 (Raw Shells)|
|Water cress||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Drain juice from oysters and reserve for fish stock.
Blend lemon juice, shallots and water cress, pour over oysters.
