Ingredients
  Oysters 1 (Raw Shells)
  Water cress 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shallots 2
Directions

Drain juice from oysters and reserve for fish stock.
Blend lemon juice, shallots and water cress, pour over oysters.
Serve.
