Pan-Roasted Oysters

Ingredients
  Shucked oysters 1 Pint
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce
  Dry red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toast points 8
Directions

Drain oysters.
Arrange oysters in 11x7x1 1/2-inch baking pan.
Combine melted butter, mushrooms, wine, parsley, salt, and dash pepper.
Pour over oysters.
Bake at 400° till edges of oysters begin to curl, about 10 minutes.
Serve over toast points.
