Oysters A La Rockefeller

Ingredients
  Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Strained spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 2 Teaspoon
  Dry bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Herb blend 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Anchovy paste 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Oysters 24
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add spinach, onion, celery, crumbs, herb blend, anchovy paste, salt and pepper; mix well.
Remove oysters from shells; set aside.
Scrub 24 half shells; arrange shells on 4 pie plates holding hot rock salt.
Place 1 oyster in each shell; place pie plates under broiler.
Broil for 5 minutes.
Place spoonful of spinach mixture on each oyster; broil until thoroughly heated.
Serve immediately.
