Oysters In Aspic

Ingredients
  Oysters 24
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large pot add in the oysters.
2) Without adding water, allow the oysters to simmer till the edges curl, then chill and drain
3) Transfer into a shallow dish.
4) In a bowl, add cold water and add the gelatin.
5) When gelatin softens, add hot water and stir till it dissolves.
6) Add lemon juice and salt, cool and add over the oysters.
7) Refrigerate and unmold before serving.

SERVING
8) Garnish with lemon slices.
