Shrimp Oyster Gumbo

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1 , cut up
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All-purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 19 Ounce (1 Can)
  Gumbo file 2 Teaspoon
  Frozen okra/1 can of 16 ounce cut okra, drained 10 Ounce (1 Box)
  Uncooked shrimps 1 Pound, peeled and cleaned
  Shucked oysters with liquid 12
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Hot pepper sauce To Taste
  Hot cooked rice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a skillet, add butter and cook onion and pepper for 2 or 3 minutes.
2 Stir in flour and brown lightly.
3 Add water, tomatoes, and file.
4 Simmer, covered for 30 minutes.
5 Add in okra, shrimps, and oysters.
6 Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
7 Add salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce to taste.

SERVING
8 In the center of each soup bowl, put a scoop of rice and fill the bowl with soup.
