Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Quart (Unshucked)
  Oyster liquid 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Potato chips 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Crushed potato chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F
2) Into a colander, drain the oysters, reserving ½ cup of the liquor

MAKING
3) In a bowl, mix the ketchup, horseradish, and Tabasco sauce
4) Dip in the oysters in the ketchup mixture
5) Roll the crushed potato crumbs
6) In a pan, add the shortening and sauté the oysters till browned lightly
7) Drain the oysters in absorbent paper
8) In a bowl, mix the soup, oyster liquor and the remaining ketchup mixture
9) Into a 2 quart greased casserole arrange the layers of oysters and soup
10) Sprinkle in potato crumbs
11) Bake at 350F for 20 minutes till heated through

SERVING
12) Serve warm
