Corn And Oyster Casserole
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oysters and liquid||6 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cream style corn||20 Ounce|
|Buttered cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, beat eggs until thick and add cream, oysters, butter, corn and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Beat well.
2)Take a buttered 1-quart baking dish and put the mixture in it.
3)Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
4)Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
5)Serve the corn oyster casserole hot.
