Barbecued Oysters

Ingredients
  Oysters 4 Dozen
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Hickory smoked salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the dry ingredients in a heavy paper bag and shake real well.
Add oysters one at a time and shake.
Fry in deep hot fat (about 360 to 365 degrees) until done.
