Mock Oysters

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Sticks)
  Onion 1⁄2 , chopped fine
  Green shallots 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Frozen chopped broccoli 60 Ounce (6 Packages)
  Garlic cheese 5 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sharp cheese 14 Ounce (1 Package, Kraft)
  Hot pepper cheese 1 Tablespoon (1 Inch Size)
  Canned whole mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mushroom pieces 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute onion and shallots in butter.
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
Melt all cheese at low temperature.
Add mushrooms, cooked onions and fold in cooked broccoli.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low heat for at least 20 minutes.
Serve in chafing dish with Ritz crackers or potato chips.
Serves 20 to 24.
