|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Sticks)|
|Onion||1⁄2 , chopped fine|
|Green shallots||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||60 Ounce (6 Packages)|
|Garlic cheese||5 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sharp cheese||14 Ounce (1 Package, Kraft)|
|Hot pepper cheese||1 Tablespoon (1 Inch Size)|
|Canned whole mushrooms||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom pieces||4 Ounce (1 Can)|
Saute onion and shallots in butter.
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
Melt all cheese at low temperature.
Add mushrooms, cooked onions and fold in cooked broccoli.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low heat for at least 20 minutes.
Serve in chafing dish with Ritz crackers or potato chips.
