Fried Oyster Crabs
|Oyster crabs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Buttered toast slices||4|
1.Wash the oyster crabs thoroughly, then drain them.
2. Saute gently in an omelet pan containing the melted butter. Stir and cook until the crabs whiten.
