Oysters A La Casino
|Raw oysters on half shell||24 (2 Dozen)|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Blue cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Bottled thick meat sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Cut each bacon slice in thirds, then in halves lengthwise and place one piece on each oyster.
Combine green pepper and onion; sprinkle some on each oyster.
Melt butter and cheese together, add sauce and pour a little on each oyster.
Arrange oysters on broiler rack in the broiler oven.
Broil about 15 min., or until bacon is crisp and brown, avoiding too high heat.
