Oysters With Buttered Crumbs

Ingredients
  Shucked oysters 1 Pint, rinsed, drained and cut into halves
  Half and half 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Crushed saltine crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (20 Squares)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
Directions

1. Arrange oysters in round dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches; pour half-and-half over oysters. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over top.
2. Microwave uncovered on high 7 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until oysters are hot.
