Oysters With Buttered Crumbs
|Shucked oysters||1 Pint, rinsed, drained and cut into halves|
|Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Crushed saltine crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (20 Squares)|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
1. Arrange oysters in round dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches; pour half-and-half over oysters. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over top.
2. Microwave uncovered on high 7 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until oysters are hot.
