|Ground red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Cayenne)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shucked oysters||1 Pint, drained, rinsed|
1. Place margarine in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Microwave uncovered on high 20
to 30 seconds or until melted; spread evenly in dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients except oysters. Coat oysters with stuffing mixture; arrange in single layer in dish. Sprinkle any remaining stuffing mixture evenly over top. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium (50%) 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until oysters are hot.
