Special Scalloped Oysters
|Chopped parsley||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oysters||1 Pint (With Liquor)|
|Cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Saute parsley in butter in skillet.
Mix oysters, cracker crumbs, egg, cream, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and mustard together.
Pour into greased casserole.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned on top.
