Prairie Oyster Using Angostura Bitters

Ingredients
  Cognac 45 Milliliter (1 1/2 oz)
  Tabasco 2 Drop
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Angostura bitters 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Pour the cognac, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, then strain into a chilled glass.
Put the egg yolk on top without breaking it.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drink in one gulp.
