Ingredients
  Oysters in shell 12
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Cornflake crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Rock salt To Taste
Directions

Shuck oysters; cut in thirds.
Divide oysters among 12 half-shells.
Season with salt and pepper.
Blend butter, onions, and parsley; dot over oysters.
Mix crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over.
Pour rock salt into large foil-ware pan or baking dish to 1 inch.
Press shells slightly into rock salt to anchor.
Broil, hood down, close to hot coals 20 to 30 minutes or till oysters are done and crumbs are browned.
