Clams Or Oysters In The Shell

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh clams/Fresh oysters 6 , thoroughly washed
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, bring water to a boil (45 sec).
Arrange clams evenly in casserole and Cook, covered, 3 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 1 to 2 minutes to finish Cooking.
Check for doneness (clam meat should be firm) and if necessary Cook longer, about 3
