|Oysters||1 Can (10 oz) (Or 1 Jar)|
|Milk breadcrumbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Beat egg with milk.
Dip oysters in seasoned flour, egg mixture, then in breadcrumbs.
Drop into hot oil and cook for few minutes until golden brown; drain well.
Garnish with fried parsley
