|Shucked oysters||2 Dozen, drained, rinsed|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced or pressed|
|Ground black pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Fried tortilla chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade Or Purchased)|
Pat oysters dry and set aside.
Heat oil in an 8- to 10-inch frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and pepper and cook, stirring, until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add oysters and cook, stirring constantly, until edges curl (about 3 minutes).
Pour in lime juice and boil until sauce thickens.
Pour oysters into small bowls.
