2 tablespoons white wine
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 can (8 oz.) whole oysters, drained
2 slices boiled ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips
In small mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
Gently stir in oysters to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Marinate for 1 hour on counter.
Lift oysters from marinade.
Wrap one ham strip around each oyster.
Secure with wooden pick.
