|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oyster liquid||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shelled oysters||4 Cup (64 tbs), drained|
Add whole cloves and peppercorns to vinegar and oyster liquid.
Bring mixture to the boiling point.
Add oysters and simmer until oysters curl.
Cool and then chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Good for appetizers.
