Scalloped Oysters With Butter And Cheese

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground mace 1 Teaspoon
  Canned oysters 16 Ounce, undrained (Two 8 Ounce Each Cans)
  Dry sherry/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Place butter in 4-cup glass measure.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Blend in bread crumbs, cheese, pepper and mace. Arrange half of crumb mixture in bottom of 1 1/2-quart (10 x 6) glass baking dish. Spoon oysters evenly over crumbs. Pour oyster liquid and sherry over all. Top with remaining crumbs.
3. Microwave on ROAST for 9 to 10 minutes or until oysters are hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
