|Oysters||12 , shucked and on the half shell|
|Bacon slices||2 , cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated romano/Parmesan / provolone cheese||6 Tablespoon|
|Fresh chives||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place shells with oysters on baking sheet.
Top each oyster with 1 piece bacon.
Bake 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs, butter and garlic salt in small bowl.
Spoon mixture over oysters; top with cheese.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
